Hummous with Tahini(chick pea dip)

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 1 can of chick peas ( drained and washed)
- 1 small lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons of water ( optional)
- 2 small cloves of garlic ( crushed)
- 2 tablespoon Tahini ( sesame seed paste)
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if you desire a smoother dip. Place in a bowl and top with Olive oil. Enjoy as a spread or dip with pita bread, bagels, toast and vegetables.
So yummy! I love this recipe! But I have to double it next time as it’s not enough for 4 people
